A Memorable Stay with Room for Improvement
The location is fantastic, and the staff were friendly and approachable. Our room was cozy, perfect for a family getaway. some areas were dusty, and we noticed a few maintenance issues. For breakfast, try to arrive early for the freshest food, and definitely enjoy the local coffee.

Our group had a decent stay for one night. We appreciated the clear communication about check-in procedures since there was no staff on site when we arrived. The room was comfortable, and having free parking made our visit easy. the limited parking situation outside was a bit of a hassle, especially early in the morning.

Had a blast with friends! We visited the famous Quayside and had a great time exploring the vibrant nightlife. The room was comfortable with free parking, which made our stay easier. Perfect for a group getaway. Just a heads up, check the parking situation beforehand, as spots can be limited.
Our check-in was a bit odd since there was no staff on site, which felt strange. But the directions were clear, and we managed well overall.

Just a nice choice for a city escape in Newcastle upon Tyne with great value-to-price ratio. The continental breakfast was enough since we were going out for lunch to celebrate. If you have a car, arrive early for the limited parking.

The location is just perfect, so close to the Jesmond Metro! 🚆 The room was cozy but small. The breakfast was decent but could use a bit more variety, especially hot options.

If you're into local munchies, don't miss out on Jam Jar and Nudo Sushi Box – proper gems just a hop away! The pizza at Pizza Express? Absolute fire! Plus, we had clear check-in instructions and comfy beds.

Target audience looking for basic comfort
The room was small but kind of cozy with all that tea and coffee stuff you like so you don’t have to go out right away. Staff was friendly, helped me find parking since it’s not easy to nab a spot, only 6 spots available at the back which is pretty ridiculous.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but you know, it did the job.

Great value in a beautiful area!
I had a fantastic stay for three nights in a Small Double Room. The location is perfect with plenty of local bars and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were super friendly, making me feel welcome right away, and my room was clean and cozy, which I really appreciated. the breakfast options could use improvement as there weren't many choices available.

the hotel is in a perfect location, super close to the metro and lots of bars n restaurants. the staff were really friendly and helpful, made my stay even better. my small double room was clean and tidy, and it was good value for money. parking was a plus since there's restrictions all around. overall, i think its a good spot for solo travelers.
only real downside was the room was really small and the shower flooded the floor a bit. breakfast could've been better too, it wasn't what i expected.
